The magical and soothing sounds of the bola relax the baby during pregnancy right up to being born into the world. All the bolas make a special chime as the woman walks or moves. This sound is heard by the baby in the womb from around 20 weeks. By regularly wearing the bola low on the belly, the baby will recognise and be soothed by the sound.
